Refund & Returns Policy

At Northcote Horses & Animals, we want all visitors and supporters to have a positive experience. As a centre entirely run by volunteers, we do our very best to be fair, transparent, and helpful wherever possible.

 

Event Tickets & Experiences

Tickets for events, visits, and experiences are non-refundable, and we do not offer credit or automatic transfers. Events are planned and staffed in advance, with limited spaces available.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and while we may be able to help in some situations, this is not guaranteed and will depend on availability and the nature of the event. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an issue with your booking, and we’ll do our best to advise.

 

Merchandise & Shop Purchases

If you’ve purchased an item from us that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund once the item has been returned.

Please note:
• Items should be returned in their original condition where possible
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

 

Donations

Donations are non-refundable. If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us and we will review the situation.
